Rick studied Architecture at University of Illinois and was a construction project manager executing high profile $20,000,000 projects. He has completed Low, Mid and High Rise construction.

He was a former CEO/owner of an inspection-consulting small firm and past owner of a small real estate flipping company. He has excellent design skills and abundant construction experience. He has been around design and construction for over 25 years. Rick loves to personally build and construct things and realized that his creativity and passion of building something always lies buried deep inside his soul.

In his spare time Rick loves to connect with nature as much as he can and goes hiking on nice scenic trails and mountains connecting with the organic world to create a balance in his life. He loves his family, children and crazy Vizsla dog and has traveled all over the world and has lived in Rome, Italy while he studied Architecture abroad.

On the wild side, Rick was also in the U.S. Marines for 9 years and has plenty of crazy stories and experiences to share and discuss over a glass of wine at a restaurant.
